Group Brand and Content Marketing Manager

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Marketing Strategy – Develop marketing, content and brand initiatives & strategies in Indonesia, Malaysia & Thailand to drive long-term growth. Apply creativity, problem solving and analytic skills to provide ongoing insight into the business and make decisions.
  • Brand strategy – Lead brand strategy, creating powerful and distinctive value propositions for HappyFresh brand; Create, maintain and integrate company brand book .
  • Customer Profiling – Deep dive into customer profiling & segmentation to build relevant content to drive gains around customer awareness, acquisition & retention.
  • Regional Campaigns – Effectively work with local teams, including graphic designers & content marketers in order to bring to life concepts & campaigns, ensures key messaging is on point and is the custodian of the company brand
  • Regional Guidelines – Drive guidelines & standard implementations for regional campaigns and a cohesive content strategy. Propose execution timeline allocating resources and activities along campaign duration.
  • Content Marketing – Distribute dynamic and engaging content through key social platforms. Measure performance in terms of engagement and conversions on each piece of content, and iterate strategy based on results.
  • Content Calendar – Maintain a regional publishing schedule, and collaborate with our internal team and third-party contributors to create compelling content.
  • Influencer Marketing – Identifying and working with influencers to amplify awareness & transform to new customer acquisition strategies on social media platforms.
  • Test & Learn: Rapidly develop test & learn plans to successfully drive business results in the content arena, including running A/B tests on social media content & landing pages

Who We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience developing & managing content & social media channels, preferably in e-commerce companies
  • Good knowledge of performance marketing channels, including Adwords, Facebook & Instagram
  • Extensive experience with building & integrating brand book for digital companies
  • Strong interpers­­onal skills and ability to effectively communicate complicated concepts and recommended courses of action to engage diverse audiences
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, additional Asian languages a plus
  • Impact driven, with a hands on attitude, sense of urgency and hunger for growth
  • Excellent project management skills with proven track record of
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills, comfortable in meeting tight deadlines
